Hello, my name is Amer Al Kassem. I specialise in diagnosis of central heating systems, boiler faults, repairs and installs.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and successfully completed a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing.
I am registered with Gas Safe. This certificate is renewed every 5 years according to gas safety regulations
I have 8 years’ extensive experience as a gas engineer. My first role was within a private company in South London. In 2015, I was employed at British Gas as an engineer and enjoyed working with this organisation for nearly 5 years, the latter 2 years of which I fulfilled the role of an Operations Excellence Coach. In 2019, I then took the opportunity to progress as a manager to a team of 20 engineers in another large British heating company.
